Housed in an industrial building with raw, urban character, the space was designed with photographers, videographers, content creators, and visual artists in mind. With multiple curated set-ups, a versatile cyclorama wall, and a selection of seamless backdrops, Central offers a flexible environment for both styled shoots and spontaneous creativity. Whether you’re shooting editorial content, hosting a workshop, filming a music video, or building your portfolio — this space adapts to your vision. To help us maintain a clean and professional environment for all creatives, please complete the following steps before leaving: Return All Items to Their Original Place • Reset any furniture, props, or equipment you used • Put back any moved backdrops or stands Remove All Trash • Place trash and recyclables in the designated bins • Dispose of food, drink containers, and packaging properly Wipe Down Surfaces • Use cleaning wipes (provided) to wipe down high-touch areas like makeup station. • Clean up any makeup, spills, or residue left on surfaces Check for Forgotten Items • Double-check the space for any personal belongings or gear Turn Off All Lights & Equipment • Make sure all studio lights, fans, and electronics are powered off & Lock Up Securely • Lock the door behind you • Return the key to the lockbox on the door handle and make sure it is closed securely
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
