Looking for the perfect creative space to rent? We have a spacious, quiet studio centrally located in downtown Vancouver. The studio is perfect for creative use such as rehearsals, readings, classes or general meeting/workshop use for groups of up to twenty. Rental includes a covered patio, in-house washroom, wifi and a kitchen nook with fridge, microwave and kettle/cups.

The studio is thoroughly daily and between bookings to ensure cleanliness and a comfortable space for all renters.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
