The entire home is professionally cleaned, including:
High-touch surfaces (door handles, remotes, light switches)
Kitchen counters, appliances, and sinks
All bathroom surfaces, toilets, mirrors, and floors
Living areas, bedrooms, and floors (swept, vacuumed, and mopped)
Linens and towels are freshly laundered and replaced
Game room equipment is wiped down and sanitized
Pool and spa are professionally serviced and treated
🧴 Disinfectant Standards
We use EPA-approved disinfectants
Disposable gloves are worn during all cleaning
Special attention is given to areas most used during events or productions
🧹 Post-Event Reset
The space is inspected and reset for the next guest, ensuring consistent quality
🧻 Supplies for Guests
Hand soap, paper towels, and sanitizing spray are provided
Trash bins are emptied and relined before arrival.
💲 Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee of $175 is applied to each booking. This covers:
Professional cleaning of all used spaces
Disinfection of high-touch areas
Laundry service for linens and towels
Resetting of furniture and room layout
Restocking essential supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.)
🧹 Please Note:
We ask guests to tidy up after themselves (e.g., remove trash, wipe major spills).
Excessive mess or failure to follow basic house rules may result in additional cleaning charges.
