Spacious Industrial Studio Loft

Located in Milwaukee Junction, this is a studio loft tucked inside a historic industrial building. The building was an industrial factory, and most recently it has been converted to loft apartments. The space features exposed brick, tall ceilings, and eclectic decor that frame every shot beautifully. The loft has a private door with direct access to the parking lot and parking spaces. This makes for easy and convenient check in, unloading, and welcoming in your co-workers and clients. To enter the unit, you can enter on your own using a smart lock. World art, gold accents and beautiful furniture come together in a design-focused aesthetic. The loft has a variety of seats for any type of photography: large leather couch, vintage cane chairs, ottomans, and a grey corner lounge chair. There is a king bed and plush bedding, making for a perfect backdrop to boudoir and lifestyle photography. The outdoors surrounding the building also offer amazing photo ops. Industrial landscapes mixed with urban nature, viaducts, train junction, wild reeds, and more. If you'd like to take a piece of furniture, like a chair, outside for a shoot just let me know. I may have more time frames available than what is shown be the calendar. I am able to accommodate short production shoots almost daily between the hours of 12-3 pm.
