Warehouse Studio

This 1,000+ sq ft creative studio is designed for photography, video production, content creation, and small commercial shoots. With approximately 17-foot ceilings, concrete floors, an open floor plan, and a roll-up loading gate, the space is flexible and easy to configure for a variety of productions. A custom 12x8 ft rolling backdrop wall features a seamless paper mounting system for quick background changes, along with a wood-textured reverse side for additional shooting options. The studio includes a dedicated makeup and prep station, private changing area, clothing rack, client seating area, and a 60-inch TV for live previews and playback. For tethered shooting, a plug-and-play workstation with a 27-inch monitor is available. Simply connect your computer with a single USB-C cable for immediate tethering, with the option to wirelessly display live previews on the 60-inch TV. Because of the size and high ceilings of the studio, these units are intended for localized cooling rather than cooling the entire space. Fans are also provided throughout the studio. Private Office Add-On A private, fully air-conditioned second-floor office is available as an optional add-on. It can be used for client meetings, production management, wardrobe, talent holding, editing, or additional workspace. Full Production Option Available In addition to studio rental, you may also hire me as your photographer for portraits, headshots, branding, family photography, and content sessions. When booking photography services with me, the studio rental fee is included.
