What activities work well in your space? Our backyard is perfect for a wide range of activities, from high-energy social gatherings to quiet, intimate evenings. You can host a lively pool party, with plenty of room to lounge in the sun or cool off with a swim. The built-in Tiki Bar is fully equipped to serve drinks, making it the central hub for any celebration. For more relaxed evenings, the custom fire pit lounge is ideal for sharing stories and toasting s'mores under the stars. The Spa and sauna offer a tranquil escape for unwinding and de-stressing. Meanwhile, the Game Room and barbecue area are perfect for competitive fun and delicious al fresco dining. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The space is thoughtfully laid out into different "zones" connected by beautiful stone pathways, allowing guests to flow naturally from one area to the next. * The Pool Area: This is the heart of the space, featuring a sparkling pool with a cabana and daybed for lounging. It's the perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the view. * The Fire Pit Lounge: Tucked away in a circular pit with built-in seating and comfortable pillows, this area provides an intimate and cozy setting for conversations. * The Dining Gazebo: A covered area with a large table and chairs is perfect for enjoying meals prepared at the nearby barbecue. * The Casita and Game Room: Separate from the main house, this area offers a private space for guests to relax, play games, or retreat to. * The Water Feature: A beautiful, multi-level water feature adds a peaceful, natural soundscape and a visually stunning element to the yard. Beyond the standard offerings, our backyard is defined by its custom and high-end features: * Custom Mood Lighting: The entire space is equipped with adjustable, multi-colored lighting. You can choose from a range of settings to create the perfect ambiance, whether it's a vibrant party atmosphere or a soft, romantic glow. * Surround Sound: The entire backyard is wired with a state-of-the-art sound system, so you can enjoy your favorite music with crystal-clear audio no matter where you are. * A Fully-Equipped Tiki Bar: A central feature that is ready to serve up your favorite cocktails. * The Casita, Spa, and Sauna: These three features provide a true resort-like experience, offering the ultimate in luxury and relaxation without ever having to leave the property.

General Area & Patios: * All trash is collected and disposed of from the entire backyard space. * Patios are swept and wiped down to remove any spills or debris. * All outdoor furniture, including tables and chairs, is wiped and sanitized. * Any cushions or pillows are fluffed and arranged neatly. Tiki Bar & Barbecue: * The bar surfaces are wiped down and sanitized. * Any leftover food, drink spills, and wrappers are removed. * The barbecue grill is cleaned and the cooking grates are scraped. * All bar tools and equipment are washed and stored. Pool & Spa: * The pool and spa are skimmed to remove any floating debris. * The deck and surrounding areas are inspected for any broken glass or forgotten items. * The water chemistry is checked to ensure it is balanced and clean. Fire Pit Lounge: * The area around the fire pit is cleaned of any trash or debris. * The seating and pillows are tidied and wiped down. * The fire pit is checked to ensure it is completely extinguished and clean. Casita, Game Room, & Sauna: * All surfaces are wiped down and sanitized. * The floors are swept or vacuumed. * The sauna is inspected and wiped down for cleanliness. * Game equipment is organized and put away. Final Touches: * All outdoor lights are checked to ensure they are functioning properly. * The sound system is tested and reset for the next use. * All gates and doors are secured.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
