Urban Villa on the near south side of Chicago. The space boasts 20’ high entryway, spiral staircase, loft style master bedroom, rear deck with an Italian style paver patio. Garage is pretty cool too! We have a wood burning fire table for nighttime fun as well as an awning to keep you shaded from the sun. The entire space is approximately 2400sqf and is teaming with original art. 3bed/3bath sunny bright and ready for your photoshoot

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
