Our home is a bright open layout home with a lot of unique texture/features. It features lots of natural light and amazing sweeping lake views. It is great for photo and video shoots. The open main floor layout allows for a lot of flexibility. Upstairs are many bedrooms and bathrooms, along with a flex space above the garage. The basement is a cozier living area, along with a home office, workout space and storage areas. Outdoors features a small pool and sweeping lake views. The property does sit on CR-15, but the road does not obstruct views as it is down a steep hill from the property.

Home is rigorously cleaned weekly from spring-fall, and will be cleaned prior to use in the winter.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
