Our Cleaning Process • All high-touch surfaces are disinfected (door handles, countertops, tables, light switches) • Floors are swept and mopped regularly • Shared equipment and props are wiped down and sanitized • Restrooms are cleaned and stocked with fresh supplies • Air is circulated between bookings for freshness and safety What Renters Must Do Before Leaving • Return all items (furniture, props, gear) to original positions • Dispose of all trash in bins provided • sweep up area • Wipe up any spills or obvious messes Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning charges. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
