We’re happy to provide a freshly painted white cyc wall for your booking. However, to guarantee fresh paint, bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings made within 4 hours of the start time may receive the cyc wall in its current condition.
For the cleanest dialogue recording, we recommend weekdays before 4 PM, weekend mornings or approved overnight hours. Please message us before booking dialogue-heavy productions so we can confirm the best time.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
