In this space, we provide a thoughtfully designed makeup vanity station, perfect for beauty preparations, touch-ups, or professional makeup sessions. Accompanying the vanity are two full-body-sized mirrors, strategically placed to offer multiple viewing angles and ensure every detail is visible. Overhead, a diffusion grid is suspended from the ceiling, allowing for even, soft lighting that enhances visibility without creating harsh shadows—ideal for photography, filming, or makeup application. Additionally, large windows are set into the surrounding walls, inviting an abundance of natural light to fill the room and create a bright, airy atmosphere. This combination of natural and controlled lighting makes the space highly versatile and welcoming for a variety of creative or personal uses. IMPORTANT NOTICE Best Times for Filming Dialogue To ensure clean audio recordings, please schedule dialogue scenes during the following hours: Weekdays Mon- Thu: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or Overnight (after 10:00 PM) Weekends Fri- Sun: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM or Overnight (after 10:00 PM) Please note: There is a Rage/Break Room located below the studio. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
