Natural light pours in all day, making it perfect for lifestyle shoots and creative work. The space also includes a dining area, flexible seating, and beautifully curated textures that elevate every shot. Whether you’re hosting a small workshop or capturing branded content, the studio’s intentional design and versatile layout make it easy to bring your vision to life. Free street and lot parking available. Security cameras are onsite in common areas for safety.

Our studio is professionally cleaned every week to ensure a fresh, polished experience for every guest. In between bookings, we perform spot cleans to maintain cleanliness and reset the space to its styled condition. We take great pride in providing a well-maintained, photo-ready environment that feels clean, calm, and welcoming.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
