Rates: 4-hours minimum $75-150 per hour We offer our customers the KEY TO SERENITY. Our property is nestled in a wooded area within suburban part of Atlanta. It is a quiet space for meditation, prayer, or even bringing others to brainstorm and be creative. If you need to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit, this is the place for you. Our space is also ideal for independent film makers, content creators or lifestyle themed photo shoots. We are budget-friendly and offer a lived-in homey setting. It is ideal for gatherings for up to 20 people. The Serenity House is perfect for production, needing a homey, calm and serene environment. The open concept living room and dining area create a cozy serene atmosphere. Our peaceful residential street is approximately 40 minutes east of downtown Atlanta and about 30 minutes from the Atlanta airport.

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected before each booking. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
