Our studio is designed for creative versatility. It’s ideal for photography, film and video shoots, content creation, product shoots, editorial campaigns, and small-scale set builds. With ample space and a full lighting grid, it's also a great fit for workshops, castings, interviews, and brand activations. The space is thoughtfully laid out to support a range of production needs: 20x25 Cyc Wall (with curved corner): Perfect for clean, seamless backdrops in both photo and video shoots. Great for fashion, e-commerce, and product content. 20ft Tan Limeash Wall: Offers a warm, textured aesthetic. Ideal for lifestyle, portrait, or editorial shoots needing a natural, elevated background. 10x5 Gray Micro Cement Wall: Adds a modern, minimalist backdrop for tighter shots, beauty work, or still-life setups. Open Floor Area: The studio is spacious enough to accommodate custom set builds or multiple shoot zones simultaneously. Lounge Area: A comfortable space for clients, talent, or crew to relax, review footage, or take meetings between setups. What unique features or amenities does your space have? Lighting Grid: Pre-rigging available for efficient setups and professional lighting configurations. Built-Set Capability: High ceilings and open space allow for modular or temporary set construction. Versatile Backdrops: A mix of neutral and styled walls allows for a range of visual aesthetics without needing to bring in extra flats. General Clean-Up Remove all personal belongings, gear, props, and trash. Return any studio furniture, props, or equipment to their original positions. Wipe down all surfaces including tables, countertops, and any areas used for catering or setup. 2. Floors Sweep all floor areas, especially around the cyc wall, lounge, and set zones. If necessary, spot mop any spills or noticeable scuffs (avoid excess water near cyc edges). Check for and remove any tape, adhesives, or debris left behind. 3. Cyc Wall & Feature Walls Do not use any cleaning products on the cyc wall, limewash, or micro cement walls. Notify a studio team member if the cyc wall is scuffed or damaged — we’ll handle it. Avoid dragging any equipment or props on or near these surfaces during cleanup. 4. Trash & Recycling Empty all trash bins into the large dumpster in the rear parking lot. Replace liners in trash bins (extras are located under the kitchenette sink or in supply drawers). Separate recycling and trash properly where applicable. 5. Bathroom Ensure the bathroom is tidy (no paper towels or debris on floor/counter). Replace paper towels or toilet paper if used heavily during the booking. Notify staff if deep cleaning is needed. 6. Final Walkthrough Turn off all lights and unplug any personal equipment. Reset AC/heating to default if changed. Check for any forgotten items. Notify staff upon departure. Additional Notes: A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left excessively dirty or not reset properly. If you’d like to add professional cleaning to your booking, let us know in advance.
