Cleaning Process: We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for every guest. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each booking, including all high-touch surfaces, bathrooms, and the kitchen area. Fresh linens and supplies are provided as needed, and the space is inspected prior to each event to maintain our standards. We kindly ask that guests tidy up after use and remove any personal items or decorations at the end of their booking.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
