We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure a comfortable experience for every guest. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, equipment, and restrooms are sanitized with professional-grade cleaning products. All trash is removed, and floors are vacuumed or mopped after each use. Hand sanitizer is available on-site, and disinfectant wipes are provided for guests who wish to clean equipment or surfaces during their session. We kindly ask guests to tidy up after themselves and leave the space as they found it. If any spills or messes occur, please notify us immediately so we can address them properly.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
