🧼 Our Professional Cleaning Process We take cleanliness seriously and follow a detailed cleaning process between every guest stay to ensure the space is spotless, sanitized, and fully reset for your comfort. Here’s what happens behind the scenes: 🛏️ Bedrooms & Living Areas All bed linens, pillowcases, duvet covers, and blankets are removed and professionally laundered after every stay Mattresses and upholstered furniture are vacuumed and sanitized High-touch surfaces like remotes, doorknobs, light switches, handles, and drawer pulls are disinfected Floors are vacuumed and mopped using non-toxic cleaning solutions 🚿 Bathrooms All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected, including sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, and countertops Fresh bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, and bathmats are stocked Complimentary amenities (Blind Barber products, toothpaste tablets, Q-tips, etc.) are replenished and arranged neatly Garbage bins are emptied and sanitized 🍽️ Kitchen Countertops, cabinet handles, stovetops, and appliances are wiped down and disinfected All dishes, glassware, and utensils are run through the dishwasher or hand-washed, regardless of whether they look used Coffee machines and kettles are emptied, cleaned, and reset with fresh supplies Pantry items (spices, oils, etc.) are checked for cleanliness and replaced if needed 🧺 Laundry & Essentials All used linens and towels are washed in hot water using hypoallergenic detergent In-unit washer and dryer are cleaned and wiped down Extra towels, bedding, and paper products are restocked Cleaning tools (vacuum, broom, mop) are cleaned and returned to their proper storage areas 🌆 Rooftop & Outdoor Areas Furniture is wiped down and reset Griddle and grill are deep cleaned and covered Outdoor surfaces are swept and checked for debris Lights, umbrellas, and decor are tested and reset for the next guest 🧴 Products & Safety We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products wherever possible

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
