Health and Safety Measures

All surfaces (tables, counters, shelves, doorknobs, light switches, etc.) are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each rental. High-touch areas receive extra attention using EPA-approved disinfectants. Trash bins are emptied and sanitized after every event. Floors are vacuumed and mopped using appropriate cleaning agents. Windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces are cleaned with streak-free solutions. Restrooms are deep-cleaned and sanitized prior to each booking. Toilet seats, handles, faucets, and sinks are disinfected with commercial-grade cleaners. Fresh, disposable paper towels and toilet paper are provided. Hand soap and sanitizer dispensers are refilled and disinfected. We kindly ask all guests to: Dispose of trash properly in designated bins and dumpster right outside the location. Return furniture and equipment to their original locations. Report any spills, damages, or maintenance needs immediately. Remove all personal items at the end of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
