Photo/video shoots, parties, proposals, screenings, private events, pop-ups, etc. The space has south- and west-facing windows that bring in strong natural light throughout the day, plus high ceilings, exposed brick, and an open layout that’s easy to customize. Furnishings are minimal on purpose so you can make the space your own. There’s a dedicated hair and makeup prep area, a private restroom, Wi-Fi, and central AC and heat so you’re comfortable no matter how long your booking runs. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in keeping our DTLA loft clean, organized, and ready for every guest. Our cleaning process ensures the space is reset to the same high standard for each booking. Before Your Booking: - The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including all high-touch surfaces, tables, chairs, and restrooms. - Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed as needed. - All furniture, props, and amenities are arranged in their standard layout. - Trash from previous events is removed, and fresh liners are placed in all bins. - The cyc wall (if booked) is inspected and, if fresh paint was requested, repainted before your arrival. During Your Booking: - Guests are responsible for maintaining basic tidiness and preventing damage. - Any spills should be cleaned immediately to avoid staining or permanent marks. - Please avoid using tape or adhesives on exposed brick or painted walls. After Your Booking: - Guests must return furniture and equipment to their original placement (photos are provided for reference). - All personal items, decor, and trash must be removed before checkout. - Trash should be placed in the provided bins; large debris must be taken to the designated dumpster. - Overtime cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess, damage, or failure to reset the space. Extra Notes: - For large events, we recommend adding extra time for teardown and cleaning in your booking. - Fresh cyc wall paint can be added via our “Add-Ons” section if needed for your shoot. This process helps us ensure every guest has a clean, organized, and professional experience in our Downtown Los Angeles event and production space.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
