At Park Place, maintaining a clean and safe environment for every guest is a top priority. Before each event, our team thoroughly sanitizes all surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and restrooms. Floors are swept and mopped, and any linens or tableware are freshly laundered or sanitized. During events, our staff ensures that common areas stay tidy and any spills are promptly addressed. After your event, we handle all standard cleanup, including trash removal, dishwashing, and resetting the space for the next event. This ensures every guest enjoys a spotless, welcoming environment from start to finish.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
