Backyard Event Space Description This beautifully landscaped backyard offers over 2,000 square feet of functional space and is capable of comfortably seating 200+ guests, making it perfect for large gatherings and celebrations. The area comes equipped with patio seating and an electric grill, so you and your guests can relax and enjoy a seamless outdoor dining experience. For evening events, the backyard is fully outfitted with ambient lighting to keep the atmosphere warm and inviting well into the night. There is also a full-size bathroom on-site for added convenience. The space is highly versatile — there’s plenty of room to set up a stage for live entertainment or speeches, and custom party signage can also be provided to match your theme. For a touch of luxury and unique photo opportunities, you can optionally include high-end vehicles such as a 2025 Hummer and a 2018 G63 as part of the event aesthetic. In addition to the beautiful landscaping, the large concrete pad can easily be converted into a pickleball court for recreation or left as-is for additional open space

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
1. During the Event • No eating or drinking is allowed on the patio or stairs area • Use designated seating areas for food and beverages • Please be respectful of landscaping and avoid placing items in planting areas 2. Trash & Waste • All trash must be thrown out in the provided garbage bins • Recycling items must be placed in the recycling bin (if provided) • Do NOT dump any liquid beverages (water, soda, juice, alcohol, etc.) into plants, grass, or landscaping beds 3. Grill Use • The grill may be used upon request — please leave it in clean condition • Remove all food residue and wipe down surfaces after use • Dispose of used foil, utensils, and trays properly 4. Protection of Property • Please do not damage any furniture, lighting, landscaping, fencing, or other items on the property • Do not drag heavy items across the grass or concrete • Decorations must be removed completely after your event • If renting signage or vehicles for photos, keep them within the designated areas
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
