We've hosted a hundred or more events and parties over the last 15 years. From Christmas parties, to large reunions, wedding rehearsals, live performances, CD releases, downtown Bridgestone afterparties, music videos-- we've hosted everyone from local bands and nextdoor neighbors to major acts like Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Morgan Wallen, The Black Keys, Margo Price, Luke Bryan, and so many more. Understand this place is set up for comfort. If you’re looking for luxury accommodations I would look somewhere else. While we have taken great work to restore the inside, it is still a work in progress.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
