About Liv Wellness
Located in Detroit’s North End/New Center, Liv Wellness is a neighborhood wellness club designed to support both individual recovery and community connection. Our services include traditional IV therapy, Compression Therapy (Normatec), and infrared sauna sessions. Our thoughtfully designed 3,000-square-foot space reflects Detroit’s blossoming wellness and fitness culture. Features include: • A 3-person infrared sauna • A private massage room • A dedicated IV therapy lounge • An open wellness area that fits up to 20 yoga mats The space is ideal for: • Fitness classes (yoga, mat Pilates) • Sound baths and meditation workshops • Day spa experiences • Wellness brand pop-ups • Private celebrations (bachelorette, bachelor, birthdays) • Intimate dinners and photo shoots Additional amenities include two bathrooms, street-level access with multiple entrances, and flexible layouts to accommodate: • Up to 50 guests for non-seated gatherings • Up to 30 guests for seated events Important: All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours. • Our amenities receive a deep cleaning treatment between every booking to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests. • By renting our space, you acknowledge that participation in certain activities (including but not limited to use of the sauna, iv therapy, massages, or fitness classes) carries inherent risks. • By entering the premises and/or engaging in these activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use. Liv Wellness is not responsible for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
