As part of a 17,000 sq. ft. creative compound, renters also get access to prep and vanity rooms, production support amenities, and optional add-ons to customize the space for their project. Whether you’re shooting branded content, a cooking demo, a lifestyle campaign, or social media clips, our versatile sets and flexible layouts provide everything you need for a seamless, creative shoot.

Sets and worktables are cleaned with disinfectants between bookings. Bathrooms are cleaned each day.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
