All styling stations, chairs, and mirrors are thoroughly sanitized before each booking. High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, light switches) are disinfected. Floors are mopped to ensure a clean environment. During Your Booking Hand sanitizer is available for all guests. Trash bins are provided for easy disposal of any waste. Guests are asked to handle equipment respectfully and return items to their designated spots. After each session, our team disinfects all stations, mirrors, tools, and surfaces. Floors are swept and mopped, and trash is removed. Towels, capes, and other reusable items are washed and sanitized.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
