With its open floor plan, high ceilings, and modern aesthetic, the studio is perfect for photo shoots, commercial shoots, video shoots, and creative content production. By night, the same space transforms into a vibrant venue ideal for cocktail parties, EDM gatherings, and intimate private raves. Layout & Areas • Main Studio Area: Spacious, open-layout with high ceilings, providing plenty of flexibility for set designs, large equipment, and creative staging. • Cove Cyclorama Wall: A dedicated photo cove (cyclone wall), ideal for professional photography and video shoots. This seamless backdrop ensures clean, high-quality visuals for commercial projects. • Lounge Area: A comfortable space with couches and tables, great for relaxing between shoots or for event guests to mingle. • Bathroom: A large, modern, and spacious bathroom located within the studio, offering convenience for both production teams and event attendees. • Leave No Trace: Guests are responsible for returning the space to the condition in which they found it. • Trash Disposal: All trash, recycling, and personal items must be placed in the designated bins provided. • Furniture & Equipment: Any furniture or studio equipment moved during the booking must be returned to its original location. • Cyclorama Wall: If the cove wall is used, it must be kept free of food, drinks, or debris. Any scuffs, damage, or repainting required will incur an additional fee. • Cleaning Fee for Events: For parties and large events, a mandatory cleaning fee will be added to cover professional cleaning services after your booking. • Deep Cleaning Charges: If the space is left excessively dirty (spills, stains, confetti, etc.), additional cleaning charges may apply.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
