Our team follows a thorough cleaning process before, during, and after each event to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected and sanitized regularly. Restrooms are checked and refreshed throughout the event. Floors are swept and mopped after service, while glassware, dishware, and bar tools are carefully cleaned and polished. At closing, a full deep clean is performed, including trash removal and sanitization of all event areas, ensuring the space is always fresh, welcoming, and ready for the next guest experience.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
