Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The loft is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, counters, and shared equipment. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available on-site for guest use. Furniture is wiped down and floors are vacuumed/mopped after every event to maintain a fresh environment. We follow CDC-recommended guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable space for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
