This urban, street-level venue offers a flexible layout that can be tailored for a variety of events. Indoors, the space comfortably seats up to 50 guests, including bar seating, and can accommodate just over 100 guests for a standing or party-style atmosphere when furniture is minimized. Key features include a built-in bar, a fully equipped commercial kitchen with prep areas, and cold storage available for day-of-event use. Ice service is included, and the venue is fully air-conditioned for comfort. The layout can be rented as a raw space or with catering and bar service. The front of the venue offers a small outdoor seating area, perfect for greeting guests or creating additional event flow. Multiple electrical outlets and adjustable lighting make it easy to customize the space for everything from intimate gatherings to larger productions.

Cleaning and Sanitization The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized by our team before and after each event. We follow Department of Health restaurant guidelines and procedures, ensuring that all high-touch surfaces, restrooms, kitchen, prep areas, and seating are thoroughly disinfected. This includes proper sanitization of floors, counters, bar areas, and any equipment or fixtures made available for your use.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
