Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in keeping the space clean, safe, and ready for every guest. Before each booking, all common areas, tables, and seating are wiped down and sanitized. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, shared equipment, and restrooms are cleaned regularly throughout the day. Hand sanitizer is available for guest use, and trash/recycling bins are provided to help maintain a tidy environment. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it, with all personal items and trash properly disposed of. This ensures a professional and welcoming environment for everyone using the space.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
