History of the space: Welcome to my beautiful, impeccably designed, natural light-filled 1,610 sq ft loft in the heart of LA’s vibrant Arts District—an eclectic, versatile space perfect for meetings, workshops, intimate gatherings, or creative content creation. Located in the Molino Street Lofts, originally 1920s warehouses transformed into stylish live/work spaces, this loft blends industrial charm with artistic elegance. Features include an open floor plan, acid-stained concrete floors, 12-ft ceilings, big white walls, exposed beams, oversized windows with abundant natural light, and a fully equipped kitchen that fuses function and style. What makes this loft unique: Brimming with creative character, the space blends a boho-chic bedroom and modern lounge with an elegant dining area and a cozy, colorful nook. Signature touches include a hand-painted calligraffiti column and giant whimsical mural, a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf, a sculptural coffee table by Cédric Ragot, an original Togo loveseat by Michel Ducaroy, a Timothy Oulton marble dining table with leather-fur chairs, and a bespoke kitchen with Zellige tile, luxury appliances, and generous counter space for preparing food or hosting casual meals during your meeting or gathering. The unit has Wi-Fi, climate control, ample power outlets, blackout shades for easy custom lighting setups, and a private back room that works perfectly for prep, storage, or breakout sessions. Perfect for professionals, creatives, or brands, this serene private loft offers a flexible setting for meetings, workshops, seated dinners, corporate gatherings, or creative work sessions. It can also host product launches or wellness retreats—yoga, sound baths, meditation, or circling. Comfortably accommodates small groups. Please note: the space isn’t suited for loud parties or events requiring heavy production setups. Neighborhood details: Located in the heart of the Arts District, the loft is surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and walkable streets—ideal for meeting breaks or casual lunches. Within steps are three coffee shops (Eightfold, Verve, Blue Bottle) and four restaurants (Girl & the Goat, Bavel, Zinc, Urth Caffé), offering plenty of options for small-group outings. • Weekdays: $135/hour (cleaning included) • Weekends: $170/hour (cleaning included) Minimum Booking: 3 hours Maximum Guests: 12 (recommended 8 for optimal comfort)
