Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We thoroughly clean and sanitize the studio before and after each booking. High-touch surfaces, equipment, and props are disinfected, and the floors are vacuumed regularly. Lighting gear and cameras are wiped down between uses, and hand sanitizer is available onsite. We also maintain a tidy environment by organizing cables, resetting the green screen area, and keeping all common spaces neat to ensure every guest walks into a clean and professional setup.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
