We want all guests to feel comfortable and confident using our space. To maintain a safe and welcoming environment: - The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each booking. - High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, tables, light switches, etc.) are disinfected thoroughly. - Floors are vacuumed and/or mopped between uses. - Fresh linens and towels are laundered regularly. - Cleaning supplies are available onsite for guest use. We ask that guests help us by tidying up after their booking and removing all personal items, food, and trash. This helps us prepare the space quickly and keeps it fresh for the next group.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
