About the Space
This is a large yard with an open style barn and numerous horse stalls, a riding paddock, tack room, etc. There are currently no horses in the stalls, but horses can be rented if desired. Located in West Lancaster relatively close to the 14 freeway. The barn/stall area is in the back of the property.

The areas for rent are mostly outdoor spaces. They are kept in good condition. Normal cleaning, weeding, etc. will be performed.
