Kitchen Use (if applicable) Wash, dry, and put away any used dishes, utensils, or glassware. Wipe down counters, stove, and sink after use. Floors & Surfaces Sweep or vacuum visible debris. Wipe down tables, counters, and high-touch surfaces (provided wipes/cleaning spray may be used). Restroom Dispose of all trash. Ensure toilet and sink are left clean and tidy. General Items Turn off all lights and appliances. Close windows and lock the apartment door.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
