Cleaning Process for The Vault – Meeting Space
To ensure every rental experience is clean, safe, and ready for your next event, The Vault follows a standardized cleaning process. This sequence helps maintain high standards between bookings and minimizes disruption to guests.
1) Post-Event Immediate Actions
Retrieve waste: Collect all trash from floors, tables, and bins. Sort recyclables from trash according to designated recycling stations.
Spill management: Address any spills on floors or carpets using appropriate cleaners. Place wet floor signs if necessary.
Dispose of perishables: Remove any leftover food or beverages from the space and disposal areas as per health guidelines.
2) Initial Reset and Staging
Reposition furniture: Return tables, chairs, podium, and any movable equipment to their original layout or the pre-approved setup.
Reset tech essentials: Power down and unplug equipment as directed; ensure HDMI cables, mics, and displays are stored or secured as instructed.
Light surface cleaning: Wipe down all surfaces (tables, podium, high-touch points) with approved disinfectants.
3) Deep Cleaning and Sanitization
High-touch areas: Disinfect door handles, light switches, control panels, remote controls, and reception desk.
AV gear care: Check microphones, remotes, and control surfaces for cleanliness; wipe with appropriate disinfectant without damaging electronics.
Floor care: Vacuum carpets thoroughly; mop hard floors with approved cleaner. Pay attention to edge and corner areas.
Restrooms : Clean, sanitize, restock supplies, and perform odor control as needed
