This is our flagship boardroom. It is designed to offer a professional and comfortable environment for a variety of high-impact gatherings, from corporate meetings to educational seminars. Equipped with ergonomic, high-back swivel chairs, the room ensures that participants remain comfortable during longer sessions, allowing them to stay engaged without distraction. These screens make it easy to share content, from detailed visuals in PowerPoint slides to real-time video feeds, so every participant has a clear view. Fast, really fast wireless internet connection / WIFI Blazing-fast internet is available throughout the building (we have two Wi-Fi 7 — long-range wireless access points: one in our classroom; the other in our boardroom). For remote attendees, the boardroom's 360° conference camera captures the entire room, allowing everyone on the call to see all participants, enhancing the sense of collaboration. This camera, along with an integrated microphone and speaker system, ensures that audio and video are crisp and immersive, eliminating any need for additional devices or setup. The sound-dampening walls are particularly beneficial for maintaining privacy and focus. By minimizing external noise and preventing sound from leaking out, these walls create an acoustically secure environment ideal for confidential discussions or high-stakes presentations. Additionally, the boardroom includes a dedicated control panel that simplifies managing the audio, video, and lighting settings, so meeting hosts can make quick adjustments as needed without disrupting the flow. Regularly, we have meetings, continuing education courses, and events in the building for dental professionals, and as you might guess, they are particular about cleanliness and sterilization! Bookings are spaced out to allow professionals to clean the space. Wipes and disinfectants are used on high-touch surfaces. Disinfecting wipes or spray, and paper towels (are available to guests) Large garbage cans are emptied, lined, and conveniently placed for use before guests arrive.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
