With its immersive atmosphere and one-of-a-kind design, Fremont Photo Co. offers a unique backdrop that stands out from typical studio rentals. ⸻ What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? Fremont Photo Co. features a versatile multi-room layout in the heart of downtown Las Vegas: • Front Retail & Gallery Room – A bright, street-facing space with vintage décor, film cameras, and art books. Perfect for gallery exhibitions, interviews, or product staging. • Black & Red Library Room – A dramatic and moody space lined with bold red and black walls, bookshelves, and eclectic décor. Ideal for editorial shoots, music videos, or as a unique set for interviews and creative productions. • Immersive Outdoor Space – Includes our retro conversation pit, Zippy Pals, double Party Line phone booth installation, colorful walls, and street-sign backdrops, all offering striking, stylized environments for shoots or small creative events. • Kitchen & Bathroom – Convenient amenities for crew comfort, catering prep, or greenroom use. • Gated Parking Lot – Secure, gated lot for easy load-in/load-out access. Cleaning Process We take pride in keeping Fremont Photo Co. clean, safe, and ready for every booking. • Before each booking: All common areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected and wiped down. Furniture and props are reset so the space looks fresh and photo-ready. • After each booking: Our team checks the entire space, sanitizes bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, and ensures immersive installations (like the conversation pit and library room) are clean and reset. We ask that guests leave the space as they found it and clean up any food, drinks, or personal items. For larger productions and events, a cleaning fee may be applied to ensure the space is reset properly for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
