It's written to be clear, reassuring, and professional. Our Enhanced Cleaning and Safety Measures We are committed to providing a safe and clean environment for every guest. To achieve this, we have implemented the following procedures: Cleaning Process Our team follows strict protocols to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. We take the following measures between every booking: The entire space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the latest guidelines from local health authorities. High-touch surfaces (e.g., doorknobs, light switches, faucets, and countertops) and shared amenities are disinfected with hospital-grade cleaning solutions. All soft, porous materials such as linens and upholstery are either professionally cleaned or replaced. A licensed professional cleaning team is hired between each booking to ensure a deep and thorough sanitization of the venue. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for extended, enhanced cleaning protocols.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
