The rental also includes access to a cute 472 sq. ft. deck, complete with an octagon-shaped extension and patio string lights, creating a charming indoor-outdoor flow. This makes the space equally perfect for daytime shoots and cozy evening gatherings. Inside, you'll find a full bar with sink and backsplash tile, plus a private restroom for your convenience. Guests can access the sunroom directly through the private back deck entrance, keeping it separate from the rest of the home. All this on a gated 5-acre property with plenty of private parking, your booking will feel both spacious and exclusive, offering the perfect blend of convenience and privacy. Floors – Sweep, mop, and vacuum all areas of the space. Hand Hygiene – Provide a handwashing station stocked with soap, warm water, and paper towels, or supply hand sanitizer. Common Areas – Thoroughly clean all guest-accessible spaces, including restrooms, kitchen areas, and entrances. Host Amenities – Collect and wash any provided dishes, silverware, or other host-supplied items (if applicable). Trash – Remove all garbage and replace liners in trash cans.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
