We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for every guest. Our space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before each booking, following a consistent process: • Sanitization of High-Touch Surfaces: Door handles, light switches, tables, and seating areas are disinfected before and after every event. • Ventilation: The space is aired out between bookings to maintain a fresh atmosphere. • Outdoor Spaces: The backyard and sunroom access areas are tidied, swept, and cleared of any debris before each rental. • Post-Event Cleaning: After each booking, we conduct a detailed walkthrough to reset the space, ensuring it is spotless for the next guest. We kindly ask guests to respect the space and clean up after themselves, removing personal items and returning furniture to its original placement.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
