Cleaning Our space is professionally cleaned nightly, 7 days a week to ensure it is fresh and ready for every guest. While we handle the deep cleaning, we kindly ask that guests return the space to its original condition by disposing of trash and tidying up after use. Please note that the cleaning service does not wash dishes or clean the refrigerator — guests are responsible for these items.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
