The Wellness Floor: A Serene, Transformative Space for Your Next Gathering Our wellness floor is a versatile, open-concept space designed to inspire balance, connection, and creativity. With a warm, inviting atmosphere, lush greenery, and striking exposed brick walls, the space blends an industrial-chic aesthetic with natural, calming elements. Activities and events that work well here: • Yoga, meditation, and sound baths • Wellness workshops and retreats • Dance, movement, or fitness classes • Intimate performances, lectures, or creative gatherings • Photoshoots and video productions • Micro-weddings and vow renewal ceremonies • Baby showers and small social celebrations Layout & flexibility: The floor spans approximately 1,900 sq. ft. of open space, making it adaptable to many uses. Moveable mats, light equipment, and seating arrangements allow the area to easily transition from a yoga studio to a workshop classroom to a small performance venue or event setup. Our Cleaning Process We take cleanliness seriously to make sure every guest enjoys a fresh and welcoming space. Before each booking, our team: • Disinfects all high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, doorknobs, and light switches. • Vacuums, sweeps, and mops the floors so the space feels spotless. • Cleans and restocks the bathrooms with soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. • Wipes down and sanitizes furniture and décor. • Returns the space to its default layout so you can start your event with ease. After each booking, we do another full walkthrough to remove trash, sanitize surfaces again, and reset the space for the next guest. In addition, we perform regular deep cleaning of the entire venue — from dusting exposed brick and baseboards to washing windows and refreshing furniture — so everything stays in top condition.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
