Designed for professional productions, the space features a seamless green cyc wall with two coves, a private greenroom with direct stage view, a dedicated makeup and hair room, and a comfortable client lounge with kitchen access. The stage comes fully pre-lit and stocked with a wide range of lighting, grip, and electric equipment at no extra charge, making setup fast and efficient. A stage manager is on site to assist with your production needs, and WiFi is available throughout the studio. This space is perfect for film, television, commercials, product shoots, fashion, music videos, interviews, and digital content creation. Cleaning & Sanitation We take pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment for every production. After each booking: The stage, cyc wall, and floors are swept, mopped, and disinfected. High-touch surfaces (door handles, counters, light switches, bathrooms) are sanitized. Makeup/hair room, client lounge, and greenroom are wiped down and reset for the next group. All trash and recycling is removed. We ask that guests return the space to the condition it was found. Please dispose of all trash in the provided bins. A cleaning fee may apply if the studio is left excessively dirty or requires special treatment (e.g., glitter, confetti, paint, or other hard-to-clean materials).
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
