The Willow & Vine is a 3,000 sq. ft. modern event venue in Decatur, designed to be a versatile backdrop for all of life’s celebrations. The open-layout design makes it easy to transform the space for weddings, corporate gatherings, baby showers, birthday parties, and social events. Our long, rectangular floor plan provides flexibility for seating arrangements — whether banquet style with round tables, a theater setup for presentations, or an open floor for cocktail-style receptions and dancing. Two restrooms are conveniently located in the back corner, keeping the main area open and uninterrupted for your event flow. Amenities & Features include: -Tables and white resin chairs included -Climate control and WiFi -Uplighting and food display stations (with select packages) -On-site bar area -Flexible décor options so you can style the space to your vision Guests also enjoy ample on-site parking, a private entrance with easy drop-off access, and the freedom to bring in outside vendors. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
