About the Space
Mid Century home with new build guest house and Terremoto designed gardens and massive 40' pool and hot tub. Perfect for photo shoots and filming. Main house is surrounded by patios, and decks with soaring mountain views and peek a boo views to downtown. Compound feel set in nature- think Topanga or Malibu vibes. Pool is surrounded by a concrete deck outfitted with chic teak loungers and a poured in place bench. Gardens are lush and feature a sculpture by renowned artist Vince Skelly and a "power circle" with boulders set in concrete by Terremoto.
