After each booking, our team follows a detailed cleaning checklist: Surfaces sanitized: All high-touch areas (light switches, doorknobs, counters, tables, remote controls) are disinfected. Floors cleaned: Vacuumed and mopped throughout the home. Bathrooms refreshed: Toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors scrubbed and sanitized. Fresh towels provided when requested. Kitchen reset: Counters wiped, appliances cleaned, and cookware sanitized. Linens & bedding: Washed and replaced with fresh sets for every booking. Trash removal: All bins emptied and relined. Final walkthrough: Each area checked to ensure the space is tidy, stocked, and photo-ready for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
