A beautiful 500 square foot studio apartment inside a pre-war apartment building with elevator. Located in Prospect Park South/Flatbush. The building is easy to access and great for any kind of production (video shoots, influencer campaigns, photoshoots, etc). The apt faces the back of the building so it's very quite and works well with productions that need sound. It is small but has warm tones and plenty of corners to use (kitchen, foyer, bathroom, bedroom/living space, fire escape). Light: The light comes in best in the morning and afternoon. *We have a firm 10 person capacity and likely cannot accommodate groups larger than. 5 is a much better group to fit comfortably. *Shooting of the exterior of the building and common areas (hallways and stairway) of the apt is not permitted. Please no loitering/smoking outside the building before or after your session and keep voices / noise to a minimum during check in/check out.*
