Key Features: - 12‑ft ceilings with abundant natural light via generous East-facing (8th Avenue) windows - Access via 3 passenger elevators + 1 freight elevator (freight available 9 AM–4.30 PM weekdays) - Additional amenities include kitchenette, private M/W restrooms, Seven breakout rooms - Extra lighting equipment and a 10‑ft roll-down backdrops ($25 per pull) available as add-ons Space 1 (1,080 sqft, min.$400/4h): Natural light facing 8th Avenue. Private shoots, VIP activations. Space 2 (1,240 sqft, min.$300/h): Flexible runway layout, breakouts, creative or corporate. Space 3 (836 sqft, min.$300/4h): Intimate setups, breakout, add-on spaces. Full Space (3,200 sqft, min.$1,000/4h): Large-scale activations & multi-room events.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
