Perfect for meetups, art shows, screenings (50 folding chairs with 16’ screen. Sound system, full recording capabilities. Additional office spaces/ green room. Large off street parking lot for 17 spaces and 35 metered street parking spaces on the block. Daily liquor licenses available.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are very diligent about prepping the space for the next booking with every rental. We supply wipes, masks and gloves for all bookings. The space is wet mopped and disinfected between each user.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
