Our studio is located in a business park off Latham Street in Riverside. The space is considered to be a cozy, "homely" space filled with warm lighting and movie/music memorabilia. Feel free to bring your own props or instruments to match the space to your music production! AMMENITIES Offering a free 15-minute pre-booking tour of the space to allow you to get a feel for the studio space and for me to answer any questions you might have about where to connect mics, instruments, and computers. Our hourly price is made for efficient recording productions, and as such includes: - 2x Audio-Technica AT2020 Cardioid Condenser Mics with Pop Filters, Tabletop Stands or floor mic stands - XLR Cables (+various lengths from 10ft to 25ft) - Instrument Cables (+various lengths from 10ft to 25ft) - Laptop Stand - 1x SSL Audio Interface - 2x JBL Studio Monitors with stands - 1x JBL Subwoofer - 1x USB to USB-C Cable - 1x USB-C to USB-C - Complimentary water bottles, both room temp and cold We do not include computers, laptops, or recording software with the room. Please bring your own laptop/computer and recording software (Engineer add-on may include access to these. Inquire for further discussion) THE SPACE Our space has one main room for use. The main production room includes all amenities listed above. We also have a single restroom with a mirror. The hallway leads to employee-only areas for storage and writing. FURNITURE Our space includes a table, a chair, a couch, and a bookshelf. Please do not move any of the furniture or equipment, as it's set up for optimal acoustic treatment. ADD-ON SERVICES/GEAR The space has access to additional equipment and services for additional fees, flat or hourly. - On-site recording engineer (Professional help recording vocals or instruments. Inquire for further discussion) - Additional Microphones (Inquire about our selection) NEIGHBORS AND CITY The surrounding businesses are primarily corporate offices, so outside noise is minimal, ensuring a quiet environment for your session. If you plan to record louder instruments or vocals, we kindly ask that sessions take place after 5 PM as a courtesy to our adjoining neighbor. Our studio is located just off Market Street, only 5 minutes from Downtown Riverside, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and lodging options.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All commonly used items and spaces are wiped down and disinfected between each production as needed. Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
